Price increase happening on 1st March 2022

Over the last 2-3 years IT-Logik have been covering the increase in costs from most of our vendors especially with Citrix and Microsoft licensing. This is now up for review and we wanted to give all our clients a bit of notice before we introduce the new prices which is due to launch on the 1st of March 2022.

There has also a number of big changes happening with the Microsoft M365 (CSP) program which includes further price increase as well as some important changes on how the subscription options are being delivered to the end user.

These changes will also come into effect from the 1st March 2022, and we wanted to give every enough notice in preparation for these changes. We will have further details as to the exact pricing towards the end of January, or possible early February.

This will include the below subscriptions options, and you will be given the opportunity to opt in to any one of these options, and it would best to wait until we release the new prices within the next 2-3 weeks before choosing the below subscription option.

Unfortunately we have no control over these price changes and we will only increase the pricing based o Microsoft’s new list price and as always we are not looking to increase our margin and we want to continue to offer very competitive rates to our clients.

We will be contacting our clients who are currently on an ongoing IT support contract or vDeskOnline services over the next 2-3 weeks to discuss on a one-to-one bases.
