The best thing to do is to try to close the program. Sometimes you’ll get lucky and be able to close it simply by clicking on the “X” in the top right corner or “Close [all] window/s”. If that works, you should generally be okay to reopen the program.
If you’re unlucky and it’s being a bit stubborn, you may be stuck with a “Not responding” window of the program that refuses to close. In this case, you can open up Task Manager and end the program that way.
An easy way to open Task Manager is Ctrl + Shift + Esc. Otherwise, if you click on the black dropdown box at the top and click on the “Ctrl + Alt + Del” option, you can access Task Manager that way.
If you manage to close the program with Task Manager, you can simply try to relaunch the program to see if it will work properly once more.
If you’ve gotten really unlucky and all the above fail, one good thing to do is to log off your vDeskOnline. This will refresh all the services and start your vDeskOnline afresh which can solve many issues. You can see how to do this using the below guide:
Try once more when you’re back in and see how it goes. If you have any further issues after that, don’t hesitate to give us a call on 020 3740 1060 or email in at support@it-logik.com.
